Joanie and I entertain a lot, mostly small groups for dinner and conversation.

This site is an outgrowth of those experiences. In our very personal lives, we both like cooking at home, and, due much to her care for aesthetic touches, we join each other at table each evening with candlelight, flowers, and a well-chosen bottle. Our fond desire is to share our pleasure with you. I have been on a wine journey for many years and Joanie has worked with a small boutique grocery chain at retail and in headquarters and one of her greatest joys has been her interaction with fellow employees and at assisting customers.

We both prepare meals to share. Joanie’s specialty is style and presentation. Mine is the absolute joy of creating new and exciting food (Oh yeah, also the wine cellar.)

In this site, we will tell our story—how each of us got to our respective interests. We will recount our experiences at the table and in our travels. We hope to make some videos so that we might talk to you in person, and let you know who we are and “how we roll”. At some point we would like to field your questions and engage our mutual interests.
